What is the advantage to hiring you?
The reason that we started this venture was because as business people were attending one event after another that had welcome bags or goodie bags that were nothing but paper advertisements and coupons with the occasional chocolate throw in. Your organization does not have time to properly put together an amazing swag bag that will show case your firm, event and promote your partners in business as well. We can do that for a relatively low cost to you.
How do you find sponsors?
We start with a list of potential sponsors that you may already havei n mind and we build on that with lists that we keep of local and national companies that are a good match with your event mission.
What does it cost to be a sponsor?
There are three level of sponsorships for each swag bag project that we do. The cost of that sponsorships depends on the level at which you want to be involved. Pricing is based on the number of bags that the particular event requires which in turn represents the exposure that you as a sponsor are receiving.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver your swag bags to your office or event venue. Delivery fees are based on the event location. We can also ship swag bags anywhere in the world. Fees are based on the shipping charges for the carrier and our packaging time.
