We will help you to make your event one to remember by turning an ordinary gift bag into a swag bag.

How it Works? You provide us information about your event. We design a concept for your event. You provide the bag.* We turn it into swag. We find sponsors for your bags We put together all of the swag contents so that they promote the concept of your event. We get the swag bags to your event or your office *If you don't have a bag/container on hand or an idea in mind, we can help you come up with an idea. Cost of merchandise is not included in the host organization fee.

The Fees The event host organization pays a per bag fee for our firm to organize the swag bags and deliver them to the event. Any delivery over 30 min out of our office area will accrue an applicable delivery charge. For those bags that have to be shipped, there will be additional shipping charges. The minimum swag bag order is 50 bags.

Sponsors Signature Sponsor: Every bag will have a signature item around which the entire bag is built. There is one sponsor in this category. In some cases this could be the bag/container if the host organization wants something that is above and beyond the norm. The Signature Sponsor also provides a door prize or silent auction item as applicable. The host organization agrees to mention the Signature Sponsor on print materials and at the event. Featured Sponsors: Every bag will have two featured items that continue to build the theme of the bag. These are higher quality than traditional promotional items in that they are themed to promote the mission of the event. The Featured Sponsors also provide door prizes or silent auction items as applicable. The host organization agrees to mention the Featured Sponsors at the event. Promotional Sponsors: Depending on the size of the event and the size of the bag/container, there will be an applicable number of promotional sponsors. These sponsors provide an approved promotional item that we add to the swag bag for a small per bag promotional fee.
